Returns and Refunds Policy

Thank you for choosing Green Hive Coffee. We are committed to providing you with the freshest, most consciously sourced coffee beans, roasted with care.

Due to the perishable nature of coffee and for quality control and food safety reasons, all coffee bean product sales are final.

However, your satisfaction is our top priority. If there is a problem with your order, such as a product defect or an error in what was shipped to you, please let us know within 30 days of your purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or if you received the wrong item, please fill out the form at the bottom of the page. Include your order number and a photo of the product. We will work with you to arrange for a replacement or a full refund.

Non-Coffee Items

For returns of any non-coffee merchandise (e.g., mugs, apparel, brewing equipment), the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and returned within 30 days of the purchase date. To initiate a return, please use the contact form below. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
